Event Timing

Campaign Events run for 14 days and typically return every 5 weeks, allowing players to continue progress across multiple appearances.

One-Time Path Choice

At the start of each event, you must choose one path to pursue.

• You cannot switch paths once selected.
• Your choice remains locked until the event returns.

Required Characters

Each path is built around three Required Characters.

• These characters are needed to access and progress through that path's stages.
• Different paths feature different character requirements.

Borrowing Characters (Normal Difficulty)

Normal difficulty allows players to borrow Required Characters they do not own.

• Any Required Character can be borrowed.
• Borrowed characters scale up to the stage's maximum Rarity Cap.
• This makes Normal difficulty accessible even for newer accounts.

Extremis Difficulty

Extremis difficulty removes the borrowing system entirely.

• You must use your own roster.
• Borrowed characters are not available.
• Success depends on how much you've invested in the Required Characters and supporting team members.

For many players, Extremis is where roster depth and long-term planning become most important.
