Game Event Basics

Recurring events are limited-time modes that reward preparation, daily participation, and careful resource planning. They do not all work the same way, but each one asks the same basic question: which rewards matter most to your account right now, and how much roster investment is worth spending to reach them?

Campaign Event

Campaign Events are 14-day recurring events built around a locked path choice and three required characters. Use this guide to understand event timing, path selection, Normal borrowing, Extremis restrictions, and how much roster investment each path may require.

Hero Release Events

Hero Release Events focus on earning shards for a newly released character through missions and regular daily play. Use this guide to plan unlock progress, understand which activities contribute, and decide how aggressively to pursue higher promotion levels.

Incursion / MoW

Incursion events are the main path for unlocking and improving Machines of War. Use this guide to compare Machine of War choices, understand the locked-selection system, plan progression through rarity tiers, and set expectations for rewards across multiple event cycles.
